"Centralised DB through automated or assisted input, maintaining digital record of data, defect, and repaired condition of each unit produced, and finally shared database that tabulates data and shares using AI."

3 deliverables:

1. Centralised DB (input layer) — auto + assisted data entry
2. Per-Unit Record (product) — one digital record per VIN
3. AI-Tabulated DB (output layer) — shared across plant

Justification Deck v1

The proposal deck exists in the canonical Topic folder (per "DO NOT move existing files" rule). Once pilot line is confirmed, BotBot will copy it into this folder as DECK.pptx + DECK.pdf per the cross-project standard.
