## Scope IN

- Klang Valley only for Phase 1 (KL + Selangor + Putrajaya)
- 5 categories: plumber, electrician, painter, AC tech, handyman
- Customer-side web app (mobile-responsive) — no native app in Phase 1
- Worker-side web portal (mobile-responsive) — no native app in Phase 1
- AI features:
  - Job-description classifier (route to category)
  - Multilingual NLP (BM / EN / Mandarin / Tamil)
  - Worker-customer match score
  - Price-band estimator per category + region
- Trust layer:
  - Worker KYC (NRIC + selfie)
  - Background-check (basic — through partner)
  - Verified reviews (only customers with completed jobs)
- Payment: e-wallet first (Touch'n Go, GrabPay), cash as Phase 1 fallback
- Platform fee: 12-15% (vs 30%+ at lead-gen agencies)

## Scope OUT (locked — do NOT drift)

- Native mobile apps (Phase 2 only, after web product-market fit)
- Expansion beyond Klang Valley (Phase 2 — JB, Penang)
- New categories (cleaner, tutor, etc.) — separate project under same parent
- B2B / property-manager tier (Phase 3)
- Worker financing / insurance products (Phase 3)
- Hardware tools / e-commerce — not in business model

- We are NOT competing with Grab on logistics/dispatch
- We are NOT building a super-app — Phase 1 = single-vertical focus
