**What changed:**
- Created `/home/ubuntu/PERMANENT/Workers_For_Hire_WFH/` folder
- Wrote 4 canonical files: README.md, TARGET.md, activity_log.md, index.html
- Reserved port 8100 (next free after 8099)
- Built 10-slide strategy deck (house style): `Workers_For_Hire_WFH_v1.pptx` + PDF
- Created first niche thread inside #ai-firm-2027 forum (Discord)
- Registered project + IDs in `/home/ubuntu/PERMANENT/_STANDARD/project_folder_standard.md`
- Updated master hub at `/home/ubuntu/PERMANENT/index.html` with WFH card
